Bond - Hmmm...may be. I should have investigated. ;-)
I love old buildings like this. I wonder if it really is solely for ice. Probably, but that would be a helluva lot of ice!
Jane - I love the buildings, too...maybe I should check into it more, & see what it's actually FOR - as opposed to just a photo op? LOL
